TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the contractual relationships between:

• The Organization: Go7UP LLC, organizer of online training
• The WebMentor: The service provider certified by Go7UP
• The Student: The training recipient (for applicable articles)

1.2 Definitions

• "Pro Immunity™": Go7UP's proprietary teaching methodology
• "Expert Certification": Skills validation process leading to WebMentor status
• "Practical Workshops": Weekly training sessions led by WebMentors (maximum 20 students per session)
• "Turnkey Business": Operational systems and templates provided by Go7UP for revenue generation
• "Live workshops & support team": Weekly sessions and human support (not an online community)

ARTICLE 2 - WEBMENTOR PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for WebMentor status, the candidate must:

• Have successfully passed the Pro Immunity™ Expert Certification
• Have completed the entire Go7UP training program (6 months)
• Be up to date with their subscription ($49.90/month)
• Have received a positive assessment of their teaching abilities

2.2 Certification Process

The certification includes:

• Technical assessment (70% - practical project within 48h)
• Pedagogical assessment (30% - ability to transmit knowledge)
• Success rate shown once measured (not disclosed until documented)

2.3 WebMentor Contract

Successful certification entitles to a WebMentor contract with an initial duration of 12 months, tacitly renewable.

ARTICLE 3 - GO7UP'S OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Main Commitments

Go7UP commits to provide the WebMentor with:

• Full platform access: SaaS tools, training, live workshops
• Student allocation: Assignment of a group of 5-20 students per workshop
• Operational support: Administrative, technical and pedagogical management
• Observed partner revenue: $1,500-5,000/month for ~15h/week (100% remote)

3.2 Updates and Evolution

• Training content updated monthly
• Evolving technical tools at no extra cost
• Free continuous training for active WebMentors

3.3 Refund Guarantee - Exclusion Conditions

The subscription refund guarantee no longer applies if the student:

• Has participated in more than one hour of individual/group lessons or coaching
• Has downloaded or accessed one or more Turnkey Businesses provided by Go7UP
• Has used the provided SaaS tools
• Has actively interacted with the support team beyond simple consultation

In these cases, the value received is considered consumed and justifies maintaining the full subscription fees.

ARTICLE 4 - WEBMENTOR'S COMMITMENTS

4.1 Main Obligations

The WebMentor commits to:

• Respect the schedule: 1 practical workshop per week (fixed or variable slot depending on option) with groups of 5 to 20 students maximum
• Apply the methodology: Follow the Pro Immunity™ pedagogical framework
• Maintain expertise: Participate in continuous training
• Contribute to workshops: Run weekly live workshops + be available to the support team
• Respect limits: Not exceed 20 students per workshop without written authorization

4.2 Non-exclusivity

The WebMentor retains the right to perform similar activities for other organizations, subject to:

• Not reproducing the Pro Immunity™ methodology
• Not using exclusive Go7UP materials
• Not soliciting Go7UP students for competing activities
• Informing Go7UP of any potential conflicts of interest

ARTICLE 5 - COMPENSATION AND BILLING

5.1 Compensation Model

• Professional WebMentor: $1,500-5,000/month (observed revenue) for ~15h/week
• Payment: Made on the 10th of the following month, for the elapsed month
• Status: Independent service provision (monthly invoicing)

5.2 Compensation Evolution

After 6 months of satisfactory collaboration:

• Possibility of increase based on performance and involvement
• Evolution towards increased responsibilities (team leadership)
• Access to bonus programs based on student results

ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Clear Rights Distinction

Go7UP retains exclusive ownership of:

• The Pro Immunity™ methodology
• The provided training materials
• The workshop pedagogical structure
• The technical platform and SaaS tools
• Turnkey Businesses and their templates

The WebMentor retains ownership of:

• Their personal know-how and expertise
• Their personal teaching methods
• Their image and personal brand

6.2 License to Use

The parties mutually grant each other a limited license to use, necessary for contract execution.

6.3 Co-created Content

Content specifically developed for Go7UP is subject to rights assignment according to specific agreement.

6.4 Turnkey Businesses

Turnkey Businesses are provided under personal use license. Any reproduction, modification or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

ARTICLE 7 - DATA PROTECTION

7.1 GDPR Compliance

Go7UP commits to compliant processing of personal data.

7.2 Confidentiality

The WebMentor commits to:

• Protect student data
• Not disclose confidential information
• Sign a confidentiality addendum if necessary

7.3 Performance Data

WebMentor performance data (satisfaction rate, student results) may be used anonymized for service improvement purposes.
